It gets slower every month and I still can't pay my bill online. The option is to log in with your email address then it goes to the screen that wants your phone number so a verification code can be sent. I don't have a Tmobile number so it wants to redirect me to another website. Ridiculous. I don't want to talk to a person in customer support, I just want to pay my bill online, but I can't. I'll go in to the store tomorrow to see if I can pay without any added fee. If a fee is assessed, I'm done. You can have your black box back.
