They are the WORST! Our DSL line has been out for a week. Can't get any updates, and can't call anyone without sitting on hold for 3+ hours. Their poor customer service is unbelievable.

You have to appreciate how SuddenLink runs their business in a business sense. They supply you with such a substandard product that you are grateful when they supply you with the minimum product they guarantee you will have. This company has a monopoly on the local area and the only reason why anyone would use their service is because they have no options. Any calls or requests for assistance are ignored or routed to an automated service so they do not have to speak to you. I have dealt with internet providers for 20 years and have never dealt with a company who cares about your satisfaction less than this company.
