I canā€™t give them a lower rating than half a star or I would have. This is by far the absolute worst internet I have ever had in my entire life!!!! Unfortunately they are the only internet provider at my new location. The high speed is not high speed. Itā€™s enough to keep you buffering or kick you off but once in a blue moon you get to watch a 1.5 hour movie in as little as 4 hours. You canā€™t game at all! I cannot even use my cell phone on it so I use my data with my cell provider. My laptop never has been online at all so I literally pay to have my cellphone do it all and they lock you into a 2 YEAR contract! Customer service is no help at all! Says unlimited but itā€™s partially. So much high speed and the no speed basically. It takes me hours if at all to get on tubi or paramount plus! I wish I had never gotten under contract with them! I am always having to reboot the modem. If the wind blows the satellite goes out per weather conditions. Which doesnā€™t really matter cause you canā€™t get on anyways. Iā€™d rather have no internet than deal with this bs!!!!
