I've seen people complaing about the service and I always thought, we never have a problem, we'll we're learning about it now. Our service has been out over a week and a half a now and they have done nothing. We get text everyday saying it will be fixed that day by a certain time but it never is working. So tired of this company now. We only have 2 choices for internet so I guess I'll have to check with the other company.

At times I would, say the provider is a good service, but there are times when going over the allotted gigabytes and get over charge I believe this is uncalled for. I would prefer that you pay for what you use, but with a set a lot just like prepaid phones.
