She inconsistent. Have to reboot 5-10 times per day. Finally a supervisor came out and told me they werenā€™t ready to rollout the hi-speed package and their equipment canā€™t handle it. Anyway, itā€™s just ridiculous to keep getting kicked off the internet so Iā€™m looking for another provider.

Iā€™ve been dealing with internet outages since last summer. Techs and a supervisor have all been out to see whatā€™s going on and weā€™ve changed out equipment but nothing has resolved the issue. I was told that the 1GIG Svc was implemented before they were able to really handle the speed. Didnā€™t really ring true to me but ok. But nothing has ever improved. In fact itā€™s getting worse. I even reduced Svc to see if that would help because on their basic plan I never had this problem. That didnā€™t help. We literally have to reboot our modem 5-10 times per day., every single day. Itā€™s.become ridiculous cause I have their service at another location and have had zero problems. Iā€™m doneā€¦..canceling today.
