Xfinity offers great deals to new customers however just increases existing customers rates and do not seem at all concerned about whether they keep their current customers! Whatever is being offered to one should be offered to all that ask regardless of whether a current customer or not.. The lack of loyalty you give your current customers is the same lack of loyalty your customers have for you!
