Been with spectrum ever since the bought out coaxial and have not switched ONLY BECAUSE they are only service around, so about 10 yrs. And they treat old customers like crap. Everybody can start off at $40 Month but old customers pay almost $90 month and no consideration for seniors. I get kicked off internet at least 2 times a day or it does continuously buffering throughout shows, and let alone if I try to check my email or use my I pad....everything else gets kicked off. And worse at different times of day. High priced, worse service ever had, customer service is NON EXISTENCE, and constantly overloaded with e-mails to increase my services...LOL

Worst in service. I was given the wrong information on billing and now up for disconnect. Chatted in with a rep and was told sorry, nothing we can do even with the wrong information provided. Now I have 3 days to pay my bill or loose service which in turn will cost me my job which will result in me being homeless and without a car!! Thanks for allowing me to extend 10 days and paid my bill in full!!
