I am so tried of this company raising my monthly bill $5.00 and I hear the same old script. They keep telling me that I have the best rates for my service. The only reason I stick to Spectrum is OC 16. They need to rewrite the script. It is a old movie. Just take care of your customers. Stop raising our bill every year.

Its unbelieveable how shoddy the quality of cable/fiber is in my neighborhood. Always experiencing unstable signals that causes the freezing of TV picture. Poor quality product.
