Having several satellite internet providers Viasat was the worst of all. Couldn't even watch Netflix of YouTube videos without constant buffering every few seconds. I was not told about the $300 dollar termination fee during consultation which I happily paid to try another provider. Upon returning equipment I was accused of withholding equipment and charged $159 for "not returning the modem". I had to prove that it was sent back and took 3 months to recover my lost funds. Save yourself the trouble and do not deal with this company.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Two years ago I had my wife switch to At&t during a promo. It has been one of the worst buying experiences in my entire life. Several phone calls later and several trips to the local Indiana PA store and we have been mistreated, lied to and over charged. Be very careful with this service. Very upset with customer service and local store manager all due to a recall on our phones, and the nightmare goes from there.
