Customer for 15 years with rate increases to a point where I pay double what a new customer pays for internet....I used to have tv also, but can no longer pay for both internet and tv.

Check you bill if new customer. found 2 billing charge errors from prices quoted by sales area. One quoted fee no longer available according to billing department, waiting for resolution.
