When we first got infinity it worked great. Over the last year we have been having service interruptions more frequently for no reason. The service goes down a minimum of 3x a day. Sometimes it for just a minute sometimes hours.

I literally have never had a worst service in my life! I had to deal with so many people for so many hours and when I say so many hours I mean over 2 hours just to cancel what was sort of okay service. I will never get CenturyLink or DirecTV again unless somebody stabs a hot poker in my eye!!!
