Consistent problems with customer service, especially using their app to chat with support. Internet works okay, and when you finally get someone on the phone, they seem nice enough. Had to wait an entire work day to get internet back up, after they shut it off, when I was assured the issue with my billing had been resolved and I wouldn’t be disconnected. Overall frustrating and not worth the headache.

The absolute WORST practices and pricing!! Charging me for full service even though I cancelled my service. "We charge for the entire month of cable service once the bill is generated (but not due yet) even if you cancel , there is no pro-rating." This is why Spectrum has such bad reviews. Very, very poor customer experience. Charging an arm and a leg for cable service over still take from you even after you cancel services. Will make sure i share this shady business practice with everyone I know - steer clear of Spectrum!!!

If you are a sports lover stay away from Spectrum. There is no App for Sony Smart TVs and there is no App for Fire Sticks. Way too much work for those wishing to hit the “Easy Button” when watching TV. Run the other way and never look back. DirecTv is far and away a superior provider.

Overpriced service, customer service/billing can't get my bill right; each month I call in and another representative says they are fixing my account and then i get next month's bill and its just as bad. I've been promised me new equipment because in reviewing my account they see if have outdated equipment - never got it. Reduced my service plan (which is what i asked them to do 3 months ago) but keep charging me for a higher package, have added late charges, supervisor won't speak with me - told rep to tell me they would put my account in a dispute and it will be 30-60 days before they have a resolution. I've spend almost 4 hours on the phone over the past 3 months just trying to get my account right. There are too many other ways to get shows on your television to put up with this, so I'm canceling my service today!

My community( Rosedale Golf and Country Club board members)signed us up for 10 year contract. Worst cable experience I've ever had. Television frequently shuts off, poor lip synching, voice control doesn't always work, poor selection On Demand; the list is endless.
