Customer reviews of internet providers in T-Mobile Home Internet

Spectrum

Candace S | 11-02-2018

When Charter it was okay, not perfect. Now it is Spectrum they keep blocking me when I put in a correct email and password and make me jump through all sorts of hoops to get on, even having me change my password I have been using for years. This happens about 1 to 2 times a week. I am putting in the correct information then they block me THEN...THEN they send me a card in the mail asking me to sign up for their protection they offer. HMMMM... reeks of scam. I don't have a cell phone so if I am not at home it is very inconvenient. If we had another provider in our area (I'm in a park) I would switch in a heartbeat. Next Step? Complaint to FCC and to Better Business Bureau if they don't cease.
